It should be a strong year for QBs. The Preseason Watch List covers a group of over 30 athletes that have the talent to play Division I or Ia. It's not easy to identify every athlete, but we've poured over a lot of film, talked to athletes, JUCO Coaches, researched statistics, and collaborated with other reliable sources to create the list.
