Kansas vs. Mississippi vs. Texas?

Which of these leagues is historically the stronest, and which appears to be the strongest in 2011? I know Blinn and Butler have great tradition, but the Mississippi programs seem to produce fantastic individuals. Which of these leagues will have the most teams in the JCGridiron.com Dirty Thirty in 2010?

1. Kansas is still the strongest.
2a. Mississippi has a ton of great indivudals, but overall they aren't as strong as Kansas...
2b. Texas is growing in strength the quickest.
