Northern California Playoff Scenario

It seems like its
1. ARC
2. San Mateo
3. Laney
4. Siskiyous

I read that 1. ARC would play 3. Laney but I thought 1 plays 4 and 2 plays 3.
Even all power rankings have them ranked in that order, so I don't understand why 1 doesn't play 4 and is playing the 3 seed instead. Any help?

The at-large bid is an automatic 4-seed in the south. Not sure what they do up north.

CSM just beat Sis 42-0 on Saturday let’s hope that gap between 2-4 tightens up a bit, I’d like to see some tighter games come playoff time
